Winter Challenge
view recap of event
Our February races are the annual President's Day weekend doubleheader Winter Challenge races. Saturday is Redwood City, and Sunday is Treasure Island. These have always been our biggest and most competitive races of the year and draw the most out-of-area paddlers...a large group from Southern California and others from the Pacific Northwest and the Midwest. There will be overall awards for the fastest combined times in the surfski division, OC1 division, and waterman division (OC1 one day, surfski the other day).
